Acupuncture
Acupuncture is the practice of penetrating the skin with thin, solid, metallic needles which are then activated through gentle and specific movements of the practitioner’s hands or with electrical stimulation. It is part of the ancient practice of Traditional Chinese medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine practitioners believe the human body has more than 2,000 acupuncture points connected by pathways or meridians. These pathways create an energy flow (Qi, pronounced “chee”) through the body that is responsible for overall health. Disruption of the energy flow can cause disease. By applying acupuncture to certain points, it is thought to improve the flow of Qi, thereby improving health.
Studies have shown that acupuncture is effective for a variety of conditions.

Anticoagulants
*** It’s very important to talk to your doctor before adding in any anticoagulant ***
Aspirin
Aspirin interferes with the blood’s clotting action. When a person bleeds, clotting cells, called platelets, collect at the site of the wound. The platelets help form a plug that seals the opening in the blood vessel, stopping the bleeding. But this clotting can also occur within the vessels that carry blood to the heart. If blood vessels are already narrowed from a buildup of fatty deposits in the arteries (atherosclerosis), a fatty deposit in the vessel lining can tear, exposing the blood to the inner wall of the artery, which then clots. The clot prevents blood flow to the heart and causes a heart attack. Aspirin therapy reduces the clotting action of platelets — possibly preventing a heart attack.
Eliquis
Eliquis (apixaban) works by selectively inhibiting (blocking) the effects of factor Xa (FXa), an enzyme that plays a key role in the formation of substances that cause blood clotting. Through its action on FXa, apixaban makes blood less likely to clot.

Lumbrokinase/Nattokinase/Serrapeptase
Research shows serrapeptase possesses significant anti-inflammatory, proteolytic (protein dissolving) and fibrinolytic (fibrin dissolving) properties. It reduces scar tissue, improves tissue healing and supports a healthy respiratory system.
Nattokinase has powerful anti-inflammatory and fibrin-degrading activity. It prevents and dissolves blood clots, promotes healthy circulation, and supports normal blood pressure. It also helps maintain healthy C-reactive protein levels (CRP). CRP is an inflammation marker and a serious risk factor for heart disease.
Lumbrokinase can dissolve fibrinogen and fibrin directly. It also can convert plasminogen to plasmin and increase endogenous t-PA activity to dissolve fibrin clots. Lumbrokinases dissolve blood clots and are becoming an effective tool for the treatment and prevention of cardiovascular disease.

Plavix
Clopidogrel (Plavix) works by blocking platelets from sticking together and prevents them from forming harmful clots. It is an antiplatelet drug. It helps keep blood flowing smoothly in your body.

Apheresis
EBO2
EBO2 stands for extracorporeal blood oxygenation and ozonation. EBO2 is a modern high-volume blood gas exchange unit for the treatment of 5-7 liters of blood with medical ozone, UV light, and Red Light. The unit allows extracorporeal blood oxygenation, ozone exposure, blood filtration, UV light, and Red light. The process filters blood in a unique way by using the integrated diffusing membranes within the filter fibers to trap lipids and proteins which are in excess in the venous blood supply. The EBO2 unit is considered the world’s most advanced medical ozone therapy. Perhaps another way of looking at the process is to describe it as dialysis with ozonation, UV and Red Light. The EBO2 machine re-circulates a patient’s blood (5-7 liters) over a period of 45-60 minutes. The EBO2 treatment with medical ozone removes extra inactive proteins which lead to autoimmune related disorders, separate fats, cholesterol, heavy metal toxins, and diseased dead cells and then traps and removes impurities and fats in special patented filtration system.
https://ohzoneclinics.com/ebo2.html
EBOO
EBOO is a form of dialysis. It uses a dialysis filter to clean blood from the debris of destroyed germs, heavy metals, fungi, and more. It also ozonates the blood in stages. Essentially, as blood is drawn from a vein, it goes through the filter where it is ozonated, and then is reintroduced to the body through a different vein. The entire process only takes about 45 minutes! Because it is a closed system, where the blood is never exposed to outside elements, it eliminates the possibility of contamination.
EBOO is known to have beneficial effects in killing viruses and eliminating bacteria, neutralizing toxic substances. Ozone therapy in general, of which EBOO is the most advanced form, can be helpful for a number of disorders including joint pain including in the knees, lower back, hip, shoulder, elbows, and neck, inflammatory conditions such as arthritis, bursitis, nephritis, cholecystitis, pancreatitis, proctitis, and cystitis. One of EBOO’s strongest effects is pain management.
Ozone therapies can also be useful for patients with viral infections, bacterial infections, cardiovascular diseases, eye diseases, skin disorders, respiratory diseases, heavy metal poisoning, and other conditions like fungal/yeast infections, tetanus, and chronic fatigue.

H.E.L.P. Apheresis
H.E.L.P. Apheresis (Heparin-induced Extracorporeal LDL Precipitation) is an extracorporeal blood cleaning procedure for the treatment of lipometabolic disorders which do not respond sufficiently well to conventional treatments. H.E.L.P. is not only used in the case of severe forms of atherosclerosis, but also for rheological disorders (microcirculatory disturbance of the blood). This effective and selective procedure removes not only LDL cholesterol, but also additional risk factors with an arteriosclerotic effect (e.g. lipoprotein(a), fibrinogen, inflammatory factors). The procedure increases cardiac blood flow right into the capillary vessels with lasting effect and the frequency of coronary events is reduced. Patients report a subjective improvement in their general state of health, as well as a better quality of life.
H.E.L.P. Apheresis is also efficiently used as a preventive and therapeutic measure in the case of transplant vasculopathy and for the treatment of acute hearing loss.
H.E.L.P. has been used for Covid Long Haulers and the Covid Vaccine Injured in countries such as Cyprus, Germany, and others and has helped them significantly with their blood clotting issues.

Immunoadsorption
Immunoadsorption is a selective apheresis method for the removal of specific antibodies and immune complexes, leaving other plasma components and obviating the need for plasma replacement. Several systems have been designed to selectively remove pathogenic substances, to avoid some of the adverse effects of TPE and to improve the efficiency of removal of a particular substance. Currently, immunoadsorption is available in other parts of the world, but not in the United States.

INUSpheresis
INUSpheresis® helps the body to rid itself of harmful proteins and metabolic products (e.g. cholesterol, etc.) or toxic substances (so-called paraproteins, tumour-associated proteins, circulating immune complexes, complex infectious toxins, pathoproteins, haptens) and to restore the deregulated metabolism/the inflammation cascade or the immune system to its natural balance (so-called metabolism/immunomodulation). INUSpheresis® does not produce a plasma exchange, does not lead to a significant loss of electrolytes or immune bodies, but is a gentle procedure which is very well tolerated and hardly burdens the organism.
Used for environmental pollution, rheumatic diseases, lipid disorders, chronic diseases. Inflammatory conditions after infectious diseases (e.g. Lyme disease) and autoimmune diseases.
INUSpheresis is mainly used in Germany and Switzerland.

Plasmapheresis
Plasmapheresis, also known as therapeutic plasma exchange (TPE), is a nonsurgical therapy that removes and replaces a patient’s blood plasma.
The Apheresis Program at UC San Diego Health is the most established outpatient therapeutic plasmapheresis center in San Diego County.
Plasmapheresis involves removing blood through a needle or catheter and circulating it through a machine where the blood is separated into red cells, white cells, platelets and plasma. The plasma, which is the fluid content of the blood, is discarded and replaced with a substitution fluid (mainly albumin solution). The substitute plasma and the patient’s own blood cells (red cells, white cells and platelets) are returned to the patient through a return needle.
What does plasmapheresis treat?
- Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (TTP)
- Myasthenia Gravis
- Neuromyelitis Optica (NMO)
- Multiple Sclerosis
- Guillain-Barre Syndrome
- Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP)
- Goodpasture’s Syndrome
- Rapidly Progressive Glomerulonephritis (RPGN)
- Systemic Vasculitis
- Immune Thrombocytopenia (ITP)
- Transplant sensitization
- Transplant rejection (antibody type)

EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences. Repeated studies show that by using EMDR therapy people can experience the benefits of psychotherapy that once took years to make a difference. It is widely assumed that severe emotional pain requires a long time to heal. EMDR therapy shows that the mind can in fact heal from psychological trauma much as the body recovers from physical trauma. When you cut your hand, your body works to close the wound. If a foreign object or repeated injury irritates the wound, it festers and causes pain. Once the block is removed, healing resumes. EMDR therapy demonstrates that a similar sequence of events occurs with mental processes. The brain’s information processing system naturally moves toward mental health. If the system is blocked or imbalanced by the impact of a disturbing event, the emotional wound festers and can cause intense suffering. Once the block is removed, healing resumes. Using the detailed protocols and procedures learned in EMDR therapy training sessions, clinicians help clients activate their natural healing processes.

Intravenous Therapies
IV Glutathione
Glutathione is an antioxidant produced in cells. It’s comprised largely of three amino acids: glutamine, glycine, and cysteine. Glutathione levels in the body may be reduced by a number of factors, including poor nutrition, environmental toxins, and stress. Its levels also decline with age.
In addition to being produced naturally by the body, glutathione can be given intravenously, topically, or as an inhalant.
Benefits
- Reduces oxidative stress
- May improve psoriasis
- Reduces cell damage in alcoholic and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease
- Improves insulin resistance in older individuals
- Increases mobility for people with peripheral artery disease
- Reduces symptoms of Parkinson’s disease
- May help fight against autoimmune disease
- May reduce the impact of uncontrolled diabetes
- May reduce respiratory disease symptoms

IV Ozone
See Oxygen & Ozone Therapies Section
IV Vitamin C
Vitamin C (also called L-ascorbic acid or ascorbate) is a nutrient that humans must get from food or dietary supplements since it cannot be made in the body. Vitamin C is an antioxidant and helps prevent oxidative stress. It also works with enzymes to play a key role in making collagen. When taken by intravenous (IV) infusion, vitamin C can reach much higher levels in the blood than when it is taken by mouth. It is often used to treat various pathogens.

Oxygen & Ozone Therapies
10 Pass Ozone
Ozone therapy has been used for over a century to treat many different types of conditions. 10 Pass Ozone therapy provides a high dose of oxygen to the body than with typical IV Ozone. Research shows that aging and disease are the result of decreased oxygen utilization which is why ozone therapy is so effective. It provides oxygen for the cells to use resulting in improved energy production, improved blood circulation, modulation of the immune system and inflammation, and inactivates viruses and bacteria. Ozone also works to support the anti-aging process.
The 10 Pass Ozone Therapy process involves removing the blood by IV, adding high concentration of ozone, and then reinfusing it. It is called 10 pass because the blood is removed and reinfused up to 10 times yielding a significantly higher dosage of ozone vs major autohemotherapy.
Who can benefit from 10 Pass Ozone Therapy?
- Autoimmune disease
- Cardiovascular and circulatory disorders
- Chemical sensitivity
- Chronic fatigue Chronic inflammation and pain Chronic viruses
- Diabetes
- Eczema and psoriasis
- Epstein-Barr virus & Shingles
- Fibromyalgia
- Hepatitis
- Hypertension
- Lyme disease
- Macular degeneration
- Mold and mycotoxin illness
- Multiple sclerosis
- Stroke
- Rheumatoid arthritis

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
Medical grade, or hard chamber, hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) is an all-natural, non-invasive treatment where a patient simply breathes 100% oxygen at an increased atmospheric pressure. HBOT can increase the oxygen concentration in the body by up to 1,200% — this gives it the potential to lead to extraordinary health benefits.
These benefits include:
- Increased blood flow
- Encouragement of body tissue regeneration
- Decreased inflammation and inflammatory proteins
- Aiding in fighting infection
- Revitalized mitochondria
- Killing of anaerobic bacteria in oxygenated environments
- Enhancement of the body’s natural ability to heal

IV Ozone (Major Autohemotherapy – MAH)
IV Ozone Therapy refers to the process of administering ozone gas into the bloodstream to stimulate the immune system and help treat a disease or wound. As opposed to the two molecules of Oxygen we breathe (O2), Ozone is a clear gas made up of three molecules of Oxygen (O3). Like other IV treatments, ozone IV treatments are administered intravenously. However, this treatment is different in that blood is drawn and the ozone gas is dissolved into the blood. The blood with the dissolved gas is then injected back into the body through an IV. The treatment is currently offered at private health clinics and with specialty in-home medical services.
https://driphydration.com/blog/iv-ozone-therapy/
Ozone Sauna
An ozone generator pumps the gas into the sauna at a therapeutic dose, usually between 3 to 5 percent of the gas emitted. The sauna is designed such that it encapsulates the body but leaves the head open to ambient air. This prevents O3 inhalation, which can be lethal in high doses, and may cause irritation and coughing at low doses.
A steam generator feeds hot steam as the O3 gas is pumped into the chamber. The combination of steam and O3 opens the body’s pores and begins the detoxification process through sweat. The O3 gas eventually breaks down in the form of organic peroxides (e.g. ozonated oil), which are being excreted by your body.
It is important to note that the health benefits of ozone sauna therapy come from cumulative use. This is why, aside from the dose, the duration of the ozone steam should also be consistent. 30 minutes should be enough to break down your body’s toxins and reset your immune system.

Stem Cells
Adult Stem Cells (ASCs)
ASCs are undifferentiated cells found living within specific differentiated tissues in our bodies that can renew themselves or generate new cells that can replenish dead or damaged tissue. You may also see the term “somatic stem cell” used to refer to adult stem cells. The term “somatic” refers to non-reproductive cells in the body (eggs or sperm). ASCs are typically scarce in native tissues which have rendered them difficult to study and extract for research purposes. Resident in most tissues of the human body, discrete populations of ASCs generate cells to replace those that are lost through normal repair, disease, or injury. ASCs are found throughout ones lifetime in tissues such as the umbilical cord, placenta, bone marrow, muscle, brain, fat tissue, skin, gut, etc.
Studies proving the specificity of developing ASCs are controversial; some showing that ASCs can only generate the cell types of their resident tissue whereas others have shown that ASCs may be able to generate other tissue types than those they reside in. More studies are necessary to confirm the dispute.
Types of Adult Stem Cells
- Hematopoietic Stem Cells (Blood Stem Cells)
- Mesenchymal Stem Cells
- Neural Stem Cells
- Epithelial Stem Cells
- Skin Stem Cells
Embryonic Stem Cells (ESCs)
During days 3-5 following fertilization and prior to implantation, the embryo (at this stage, called a blastocyst), contains an inner cell mass that is capable of generating all the specialized tissues that make up the human body. ESCs are derived from the inner cell mass of an embryo that has been fertilized in vitro and donated for research purposes following informed consent. ESCs are not derived from eggs fertilized in a woman’s body.
These pluripotent stem cells have the potential to become almost any cell type and are only found during the first stages of development. Scientists hope to understand how these cells differentiate during development. As we begin to understand these developmental processes we may be able to apply them to stem cells grown in vitro and potentially regrow cells such as nerve, skin, intestine, liver, etc for transplantation.
Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (iPSCs)
Induced pluripotent stem cells are stem cells that are created in the laboratory, a happy medium between adult stem cells and embryonic stem cells. iPSCs are created through the introduction of embryonic genes into a somatic cell (a skin cell for example) that cause it to revert back to a “stem cell like” state. These cells, like ESCs are considered pluripotent Discovered in 2007, this method of genetic reprogramming to create embryonic like cells, is novel and needs many more years of research before use in clinical therapies.
https://www.unmc.edu/stemcells/educational-resources/types.html
Stem Cells are a difficult topic to navigate, especially when most doctors are not well educated on the subject. Additionally, more can be done with Stem Cells outside of the United States. Depending on which clinic you speak to they might throw terms at you like embryonic stem cells, stem cells from wharton’s jelly, umbilical cord stem cells, shark stem cells, mesenchymal stem cells, adipose, autologous, etc. You basically have to become your own Stem Cell expert, and it’s not easy. There have been many Covid Long Haulers and Covid Vaccine Injured that have gone places such as Colombia, Europe, and Mexico to get access to stronger stem cell treatments. Furthermore, there are companies like Organicell that offer exosomes in the USA, who have claimed to cure Covid Long Hauler(s).
Steroids
Researchers show that severe inflammation during hospitalization for Covid-19 increases risk of death within one year from seeming recovery by 61%. This risk is reduced again by 51% if anti-inflammatory steroids are prescribed upon discharge. We need to think of Covid-19 as a potentially chronic disease that requires long-term management, argue the authors.
Common steroids prescribed, include, but are not limited to: Dexamethasone, Hydrocortisone, Methylprednisolone Pack, and Prednisone.
Tollovid
Tollovid is an over the counter 3CL Protease Inhibitor, such as Paxlovid which is a prescription 3CL Protease Inhibitor. COVID-19, like any other virus, is a single strand of RNA (or DNA) wrapped in a protein envelope. The RNA contains the genetic instructions the virus needs to make copies of itself. When the Sars-Cov-2 protease enzyme comes in contact with a protease inhibitor, it is prevented from functioning. Protease inhibitor drugs are designed to tightly bind to the protease enzyme, blocking its ability to cleave. This shuts down the entire virus-making apparatus, leaving it unable to make a single virus.
